A delicious wine with flavours of lemon and green apple, grapefruit and lime. There’s a saline mineral quality driving through the palate enhanced by the acid line leaving behind a pith and chalky mouthfeel quality. Taut and crunchy, a core of pomaceous and citrus fruits, high acidity and salivating finish. A excellent choice as an aperitif style and with fresh shellfish.
