Collaboration Wines 'Ceresia' Cabernet Franc 2025, Hawke's Bay

A lovely perfume and lift, floral and mineral, earthy and enticing scents of ripe red and dark berries, black cherry and plum, some blackberry and tobacco leaf, clove and sage. On the palate an equally enticing wine with power in the fruit and fruit purity, flavours of flint and roasted bell-pepper, graphite and clove, sage and dried herbs. A dry wine with firm tannins and plenty of acidity delivering an excellent structure and frame for the fruit. Taut and new still with best drinking from 2030 through 2035+.
