Collaboration Wines 'Argent' Cabernet Sauvignon 2024, Hawke's Bay

An excellent bouquet with a core of dark red berry fruits, earth, dark tea and stone, dried herbs and some sweetness of French barrel along with clove and violets. Dry, full-bodied and nicely intense without being overdone, firm tannins and acid line frame the core flavours that mirror the bouquet along with flavours of violets and baking spices, some wood smoke and dried herbs. Lengthy, taut and quite new still with best drinking from 2031 through 2040. Delicious!
