A crisp, fresh, dry wine with crunchy textures, great acid line and flavours of yellow and red apple, some pear and lots of citrus with a seam of lees and mild autolysis flowing through. The mousse and bubble is taut and fresh with varying degrees of bubble. As the wine warms on the palate and opens out the flavours and texture fuse together even better with a complete mouthfeel and finish. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2032..
