Tohu 'Rewa' Blanc de Blancs Méthode Traditionnelle 2017, Marlborough

An excellent wine with a bouquet of complexity and autolysis, after 6 years on lees the aromas are intense and inviting. Scents of a nutty-richness, preserved apple and grapefruit, peach and richness, a warm rush of comfort and style, polish and enticement. On the palate - delicious, a fine bubble, very dry, a showcase of vintage and the Tohu. As the wine warms on the palate a brioche quality emerges., Balanced almost perfectly with core citrus and white peach flavours set against a backbone of acidity and fine lees qualities. Best from day of purchase through 2030.
