Hunter's Miru Miru Méthode Traditionnelle 2022, Marlborough

A lovely wine, very enticing with a complex bouquet of autolysis and lemon, stone fruits and miso, a floral seam and saline suggestion. A developing wine too with a light bruising apple effect. On the palate a dry full-bodied wine with excellent texture and finesse, a fine bubble housed in a soft more mousse delivering flavours of white fleshed fruits and citrus, layers of autolysis and a whisper of nut as the wine opens out in glass and warms on the palate. Delicious, balanced and well made with best drinking from day of purchase through 2032+.
