Duck Hunter Sauvignon Blanc 2025, Marlborough

Flavours of white peach and cape gooseberry, nettles and fresh grapefruit. A crisp and dry wine with perhaps a tickle of residual sweetness. As the wine coats the palate for a second and third time the there’s a spice and mineral addition, apple and pear flavours as well. Balanced and well made with best drinking from 2026 through 2029.
