A lovely expression with a satin texture and light white spice quality framing flavours of pink rose apple and pear, a mineral slightly saline edge to the acidity and balanced, even finish. Flavours on the palate are persistent with a crispness to the acidity adding to the length and dry finish. A good choice wine to have alongside food with a fine lees and core of fruit qualities and whisper of honeysuckle on the finish. Best from day f purchase through 2028.
