This SB based wine has a striking mineral based bouquet with scents of crumbled stone and clay then grapefruit peel and apple, some tropical fruit ideas and aromatic spice suggestions. On the palate - warm, fleshy, generous and powerful. A dry wine with a powerhouse of flavours from the citrus fruits to pomaceous, the acid line grabs the spice and mineral qualities noticed in the bouquet sending them throughout the palate creating a core theme. Well made with a soft leesy quality adding to the complexity and length.Best drinking from day of purchase through 2028.
