This wine is just simple delicious, fresh, loaded with spice and herb, flavours of apple tart-Tatin, lemon zest and tropical fruits, some lychee nut and nougat, pear and apple. A sweet style with 174 gpl residual sweetness, the acid line offers the contrast and freshness needed to make this wine work, and it does rather well. Balanced, ready to drink and will continue to age with best drinking from day of purchase through 2035.
