An excellent bouquet filled with scents of honey suckle and soft white spices, flowers and mineral soil-smoke of clay and tilled soils. Aromas and flavours of quince and green pear, a mix of apple and green-gauge plum ideas. Plenty of acidity delivers and freshness and saline quality then fine fruit tannins and an elegant leesy finish. Well made with medium+ length and complexity. Delicious, ripe, fresh and ready.
