Varietal, fresh, fruity and crunchy with aromas and flavours of green pear and yellow apple, a lick of white spice then honeysuckle and citrus. Just dry, fleshy mouthfeel, a decent acid lie, balanced and well made. Best drinking from 2025 through mid 2027.
