A distinctive bouquet of dark berries and peppercorn, dried herb with a stone and clay baseline. A dry wine on the palate with firm-ish tannins, a decent acid line and flavours that mirror the bouquet. Some aged meat highlights sit nicely alongside the core fruit flavours and natural herbal moments offer breadth and style. Overall well made with best drinking alongside food. Drinking window suggests 2026 through 2030.
