Another fabulous example from the EH team. Salome is a wine that requires the right glass and setting really delve into the intricacies of mouthfeel and fruit flavours, tension and poise. Give this wine the time it deserves to be at the right service temperature to release the poise and flavours locked in. Flavours of white peach and apple, pear and sweet grapefruit, the fine textures rise from the tannins and acid line. Lengthy and well made. Best drinking from 2025 through 2030.
