Dublin St Chardonnay 2025, Martinborough

Very bright, fresh, fruity and varietal with a bouquet of citrus, apple and white fleshed orchard fruits. While the wine is barrel fermented the bouquet and palate are definitely more about the impact of lees and complexities from old oak. Crisp and dry with salivating acidity and fresh orchard fruit flavours, fine tannins and balanced, even finish. Best from 2025 through 2030.
