Ata Rangi Kahu Dry Riesling 2024, Martinborough

Floral, delicate bouquet with scents of blossoms and minerality of pebbles and stones then aromas of lime and lemon, a mix of apple and mandarin. On the palate very crisp and new, a wine that will easily benefit from cellar time. Flavours of mandarin and citrus, minerality and some saline qualities grown stronger as the wine opens out in glass and becomes more ambient. Delicious - a wine that will reward if given time. Best from 2029 through 2040. After 5 days open [in bottle] the wine still holds onto its core flavours and textures, just better.
