Dancing Water Limited Release Rosé 2024, North Canterbury

Salmon and pale apricot hues with lots of polish lead to a bouquet and palate of peaches and red apples, there’s some nectarine and strawberry flavours along with a clay mineral quality. Super fine fruit tannins and a vibrant acid line frame the fruits and palate nicely. Well made with best drinking from 2025 through end of summer 2026.
