Dancing Water Limited Release Pinot Noir Rosé 2024, North Canterbury

Rose gold hue with a light copper tinge leads to a bouquet of raspberry and red apple skin, there’s a cherry plum note then a floral layer of rose. Fresh, lively and enticing. A satin-cream touch on the palate leads to fruit flavours that reflect the bouquet then a very fine chalky fruit tannins layer and a decent acid line. Well made with best drinking from 2025 through 2027.
