Te Kairanga 'Runholder' Chardonnay 2024, Martinborough

A quietly complex bouquet with layers of spice and mineral then core fruit scents of grapefruit and lemon then peach and wood spice. On the palate a dry wine with intensity and freshness, a tautness and poise as the wine warms on the palate. Fruit and wood tannins have a quiet voice while the acidity and pure fruit flavours speak louder with gun-flint quality as well. Delicious, fresh and well made with best drinking from late 2025 through 2030.
