Waimea Sauvignon Gris 2024, Nelson

Excellent colour and brightness, youthful and ripe fruited bouquet, there’s plenty of power and pungency with scents of passionfruit and mango, there’s a grassy freh herb quality, plenty of lemon and apple. On the palate, a crisp dry wine with a backbone of acidity grabbing the senses first then flavours of tropical fruits, herb and stony soils. Refreshing and salivating offering best drinking from late 2025 through 2029.
