Enticing aromatics led by spice green pear and quince then red apple and lees complexities. Delicious on the palate with a core of pomaceous fruits and contrasting acid line. There’s a light saline quality within the acid line just before the flavours of pears and apples then spice return. Satin textures with a core of varietal fruit flavours. Balanced, well made and ready to drink from day of purchase through 2028.
