CPR is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Riesling. For this expression it delivers a balanced an even palate, light satin-cream texture and flavours of apples and peaches, lemon and roasted pears. A mix of fruit and some gentle wood spice components along with a leesy, lager-like quality. Flavours are persistent and delicious, a wine that can be served well chilled or just cool. Food friendly qualities with its range of texture and flavours, super fine tannins and acid line for freshness. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2028+.
