The bouquet is distinctive and the palate equally so. Aromas and flavours of mineral and apple, citrus and a touch of pith, purity of fruit with a seam of citrus pith then a light flinty quality. Salivating, refreshing, crisp and dry with plenty of length and a site specific and winemaker voice. Well made with best drinking from early 2026 through 2033.
