The lees and wild natural ferment qualities add complexity and texture and enhance the natural fruit flavours of citrus and pomaceous fruits. Crisp, taut and dry with flavours of lemon and grapefruit then apple. Textured, mealy mouthfeel, leesy and delicious. Best from early 2026 through 2030..
