A lovely example wine with aromas of fresh red apple and brown pears, there’s a floral spice complexity and light mineral flinty quality adding complexity and intrigue. Weighty and silky in texture the flavours are persistent and reflect the bouquet with a distinctive spicy quality. Just dry with a tickle of sweetness, plenty of acidity and balanced even finish. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2028.
