This ‘Ruby’ is a blend of Sangiovese and Pinot Noir showcasing aromas and flavours of tart red cherry and freeze-dried strawberry, there are layers of red apple and plum and a clay mineral idea push along by the tannins and acidity. Taut and new, rather delicious and ready to drink from 2025 through 2028.
