Lake Chalice 'The Raptor' Sauvignon Blanc 2025, Marlborough

A pungent, varietal and fruity wine with a classic bouquet of fresh grapefruit and red bell-pepper, as the wine opens out on glass the flavours of white peach and pineapple begin to emerge along with apple and lime then hay. The acid line frames the core flavours beautifully carrying a seaspray suggestion and dried herb. Best drinking from late 2025 through 2028.
