Palliser Estate 'The Luminary' Sauvignon Blanc 2025, Martinborough

A delicious wine with a lovely mealy mouthfeel enhanced by the the acid line and core flavours of white leach and pith, some citrus peel and apple. Dry, crisp and fruity with layers of herb and stone, some fine lees textures and balanced even finish. Best drinking form day of purchase through 2028.
