Soljans Estate Barrique Reserve Pinotage 2024, Kumeu

Aromas and flavours of dark plums and black cherry flesh, peppercorn and leather, darker soils then wood smoke. A slightly lighter weight wine on the palate, lots of flavours to reflect the bouquet along with firm tannins and medium+ acidity. Balanced and well made, a food wine best served alongside meat and chicken dishes or lasagna. Best drinking from 2025 through 2029.
