Perfectly balanced, ripe and fruity with a very good great acid line and length. Aromas and flavours of white peach and grapefruit, pear and white nectarine. Dry with a satin-cream texture contrasting fruit and wood tannins. There’s a seam of stone and saline minerality then a swing back to pomaceous fruits. Well made with best drinking from day of purchase through 2029.
