Abe Sauvignon Blanc 2025, Marlborough

A bright and youthful wine with flavours of apple and pineapple, wet pebbles and a light herbal quality. Very crisp and dry with a high acid line and tropical fruits finish. Very new needing some settling time. An aperitif style just now and with crunchy salads or oysters. Best drinking from 2026 through 2028.
