Wild Estate Pinot Gris 2023, Waiheke Island

Aromas and flavours of brown and green pear, lots pf quince and a topline of citrus. Crisp, tart and dry with a spiced acid line then flavours of white fleshed tree and stone fruits, there’s a whisper of lager beer and cider. Lovely texture and length in a dry finish. Best drinking from 2024 through end of summer 2027.
