Young, fresh, vibrant, fruity, herbaceous and engaging bouquet. Firm textures on the palate lead to flavours of quince and green apple, a mix of herbs and mineral moments. Persistent flavours and textures with plenty of acidity, light weight and moderately lengthy finish. Best enjoyed with food - perhaps fresh oysters or fried green tomatoes and prawns tossed with a fresh lime juice and butter. Best drinking from today and through 2022.
