Ripe and fresh fruited bouquet with aromas of spicy green skinned pear, apples and a savoury lemon peel note. Juicy, fleshy and fruity on the palate with flavours of apples and pears, some quince fresh lychee. The spice element strengthens with each new taste - white pepper and savoury stony soil notes.
