Ripe, focused, fruity, varietal and complex bouquet of Pinot Noir. Very youthful on the palate with plenty of tension and poise. Flavours of dark berries and cherry, some black currant then baking spices of vanilla and clove. Firm tannins, plentiful acidity, a core of fruit, some dried herb notes and stony mineral finish.
