Calm, fruity and developing bouquet with aromas of white fleshed orchard fruits, Asian pears, apple and white peach. Some gentle white spice moments and floral aromatic lift. Crisp, dry and textured on the palate with a phenolic presence mid and back palate, contrasted by flavours of white fleshed fruits, a minerality of wet stone and acidity.
