Vibrant, varietal and enticing set of aromas with a floral spicy fruit laden bouquet. Just dry with a firm(ish) texture, medium+ acidity and flavours of quince, crushed stones, lemon and apple. The classic components of Gewurz’ follow with nougat, some lychee and flowers. Just warm and spicy on the finish. A food wine, balanced and well made. Drink now and through 2021.
