Complex bouquet with a varietal signature of citrus and herbs then a tropical fruit layer then barrel ferment aromas of toasted honey and some spicy cashew, a creamy-like lactic note emerges as well. On the palate – a lot of texture, vibrancy and flavour with citrus peel, spice, cashew, apple and stony minerality. Long finish, dry, the core of fruit and intensity lingers.
