Varietal and fruity with a core of white peached and citrus then a saline mineral floral quality suggesting sea spray and beach stones, some hibiscus and all wrapped in a lees and spice frame. Crisp and dry with a textured palate fine fruit tannins and a backbone of acidity. Fresh and lively with vibrant quiver of flavour. Best drinking from early to mid 2027 through 2031.
