Elephant Hill Airavata Syrah 2024, Hawke's Bay

Opaque and dark with purple hues through to the rim where it changes to a pink and purple. Very bright and polished. Aromas and flavours of purple fruits and wood scents, clove and vanilla, plum and blackcurrant, boysenberry and roasted red berry fruits. A lovely weight in intensity across the palate with an abundance of polished tannins delivery and chalk dust mouthfeel. A backbone of acidity frames the core fruit ad wood flavours adding precision and length. Delicious, fresh and very lengthy with best drinking from 2028 through 2036.
