Delicious! Aromas and flavours of fresh white fleshed stone fruits and pacific rose apple, a layer of lemon zest then mineral, flint and white flowers. Dry with a near full-bodied mouthfeel, medium+ acid line and lengthy finish. Flavours of mineral and gun-flint, citrus and white fleshed fruits with a floral overtone, fine fruit tannins and judicious use of oak. Well made with medium+ length and complexity. A delicious wine with best drinking from day of purchase through 2032+.
