Ayrburn Sauvignon Blanc 2026, Marlborough

A classic expression with complexity and intensity from fruit and soil, site and style. Aromas and flavours of fresh citrus and white fleshed orchard fruits, sea spray and sandy mineral ideas. There’s a fine leesy quality layering in texture and mouthfeel. Fresh apple and lemon, cape gooseberry and white flowers all fold into the palate nicely with a salty acid line and medium+ length. Well made, a dry finish and rather tasty. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2030.
