An enticing bouquet of fresh pomaceous fruits starting with yellow pears then red and golden apple, both framed by a distinctive leesy, almost peppery quality. A lovely dry wine on the palate with textures from acidity and fine tannins as well as time on lees. Perhaps a small portion of older barrel used to build out the palate too. Balanced and well made with best drinking from early 2027 through 2030..
