A pungent, bright, fruity and youthful bouquet of classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc - scents of white pineapple and cape gooseberry then lemon and a whisper of makrut lime. A dry wine on the palate with a distinctive acid line carrying flavours that mirror the bouquet plus a whisper of lees and wet stone mineral finishing with a fresh sage and basil note. Nice length and complexity with best drinking from 2027 through 2029.
