An excellent bouquet with a clear story of fresh, ripe citrus, sea spray, fresh vegetal qualities and tropical fruit. Fresh, crunchy textures, a backbone of acidity, flavours of sweet green apple and lemon, white peach and lime then white pineapple. Brand new, saline and refreshing with a lengthy finish. Well made, another excellent expression at the hands of winemaker Natalie Christensen. Best from 2027 through 2030+.
