A beautiful wine, with an elegance and clarity of fruit, mineral and site. Aromas and flavours of sweet grapefruit and apple then peach and a chlaky, silty mineral quality. Flavours of the palate mirror the bouquet plus a leesy complexity woven into the core fruit flavours. The oak adds breadth and complexity as well as some flavours of baking spice and gentle smoky qualities. A dry wine of texture and length, elegance and charm. Well made with best drinking from day of purchase through 2033.
