An excellent example with an appealing brightness and shimmer leading to a bouquet of complexity and floral charm. Aromas and flavours of white flowers and a mineral suggesting apple blossom and crumbled stony soils. Fruit flavours of ripe bosc pear and a mix of apple then a cool-climate white peppercorn gentle spice and leesy textures. Complexity grows as the wine opens out in glass. Dry, taut, salivating and lengthy, a wine to seek out and serve next to fresh seafood and salads. Excellent acid line and length, varietal and ready to drink from day of purchase through 2033.
