Fast becoming by favourite expression of Chardonnay from the Neudorf stable of wines - a bouquet of complexity and intrigue, layers of subtle scents suggesting a chalky mineral baseline with aromas of red apple and white peach, there’s leesy saline quality with a flinty and suggestions of blossoms. A captivating bouquet to say the least. On the palate a wine of texture and length, intrigue and purity. Flavours mirror the bouquet framed by ripe acidity and minerality leading to a long finish. Best drinking from 2026 through 2032+.
