Medium Gold Kiwifruit 10% ABV - A distinctive yellow-gold appearance leads to a bouquet and palate of fruity flavours from golden kiwi fruit and peach to some lemon and gentle spice moments. Medium sweet with low acid line, gently warming alcohol and moderate length. A beverage to use in several ways from neat to chilled over ice or in a cocktail. Best form day of purchase. Recommended.
Late Summer Serenity 10% abv - Deep golden and yellow hues lead to flavours of feijoa flesh and skin, there’s whisper of ginger spice and fruit sweetness then apple. Fresh and juicy with a noted acid line and sweetness adding mouthfeel and length. Well made and ready to drink from day of purchase. Recommended
Winter Magic - Medium Sweet Plum - Mulled Wine style 9% abv - An enticing bouquet of brown spices and christmas pudding then preserved red berry fruits. On the palate sweet and spicy with cinnamon and brown sugar plums and raisin flavours. Balanced and well made. Best enjoyed over ice or with a soda mix. I’d be tempted to add a splash to some dry sparkling wine on cold mornings (or evenings). Best drinking from day of purchase. Highly Recommended.
Fireside Fruit Punch Medium-Sweet Spiced Plum Punch - Mulled WIne Style 0% abv - Aromas and flavours of plum and plum jam, a fruit salad of flavours and spices with cinnamon and nutmeg and fruit cake thoughts. Medium-sweet with texture and fleshy red fruit flavours. Recommended. For me, best served will chilled and if a bit sweet dilute with Antipodes Still water and a slice of lemon.
Crimson Spice Sweet Plum Mead 12.5%abv - Aromas and flavours of plum and honey in a balanced even spilt of plum and honey-bee. QUite sweet for a medium-style yet flavourful and fruity, balanced, even and persistent. Best served in a cocktail as an ingredient or on its own over a full glass of crushed ice with a lemon wedge garnish. Recommended.
Sweet Harmony Medium Sparkling Plum & Feijoa 10% abv - As the wine touches the palate the gentle spritz brings alive the textures and flavours of both the plum and feijoa. Definitively medium sweet in style with a nice intensity of flavours and finish. The bubbles also enhance the acid line and length. Well made with best drinking form day of purchase. Great on its own or as an accompaniment to gently sweet dessert f a fruit platter. Recommended.
Radiant Ruby Off-Dry Sparkling Plum 12 % abv - Flavours of sweet and tart plums , ruby grapefruit and roses. The sparkle is great adding freshness and crispness. There’s some texture from plum tannins enhanced by the acid line. Flavours are persistent led by the plum. Crunchy, fresh and off-dry with best drinking from day of purchase. Recommended.
