Many classic attributes of white Burgundy are woven into this wine , for me the scents of peach and cashew, grapefruit and clay, red apple and limestone. The voice of site and oak then fruit and soil deliver a bouquet and appalte fo Chardonnay that is the essential signatures of a region renowned for satin-cream mouthfeel contrasted by acidity and white fleshed fruit flavours, citrus and nut. Well made, dry and lengthy with a mineral quality some salinity and lengthy finish. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2032.
